• Stainless Steel Pan Bodies (16cm / 18cm) and Stainless Steel Universal Lid: Dishwasher safe. Made of high-quality 18-0 stainless steel, they are robust and durable, capable of withstanding the high temperatures and water flow of a dishwasher.

• Detachable Handle: Not recommended / Dishwasher unsafe. The interior of the handle contains metal springs and a mechanical locking structure, and is made partly of Nylon 66. The high-temperature steam and harsh detergents in a dishwasher can easily cause internal rusting, jamming of the mechanism, or accelerated aging of the material.
